I have been working in the field of human resources and HR IT for around 30 years. After studying Japanese Studies, Sociology and German Literature, I started as a career changer in SAP HR development. Today I work as Global People Data & Analytics Lead in an internationally active company. In this role, I analyse people data, make connections and trends visible, and derive sound decision-making bases for HR and the company.
My work is process-oriented, data-driven and evidence-based, while keeping the person behind the data at the centre. My own experiences, observations in my professional environment and insights from data analyses have led me to engage increasingly with the topic of menopause.
In addition, I have taken further training in MBSR, Mental Coaching and mindfulness, and completed my certification as a menopause consultant in 2026.
Through my many years as a university lecturer, my professional experience and giving talks, I am used to preparing complex topics in an understandable and target-group-oriented way for different audiences. It is particularly important to me to raise awareness of the relevance of menopause in the workplace and to make the resulting challenges and opportunities visible for employees and companies.
